The Mischief Pinot Blanc

The Mischief Pinot Blanc

The 2018 growing season was slow to start after a long cold snowy winter.  A cool wet prolonged spring seemed to turn overnight into a hotter than normal and dry summer.  Autumn gave us a taste of all seasons which allowed for good hang time helping maintain our signature site acidity.

The 2018 Pinot Blanc is 100% estate grown.  It is a light bodied wine with a melon and red apple aromas with a hint of toast.  Crisp acidity, medium weight with a textural firmness.  Soft minerality and freshness that develops complexity with time.
