Location: Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards, 697 Highway 97 South, Peachland, BC

Event Highlights:

• Jim Cuddy and his band will perform two sets with an intermission.
• A fully stocked bar will be serving a selection of Fitz wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• 19 Bistro @ Fitz will offer a small concession with snacks ranging from $15 to $25.

Important Notes:

• This is a NON-TICKETED event. You will register for entry to the concert at the winery.
• Parking is limited, so please consider carpooling and arranging a designated driver.
• Seating is based on a first-come basis.
• This is an outdoor event, so dress appropriately for the weather. A tent will be available if needed.
• Wine Club discounts do not apply to concert tickets.

Concert Ticket Refund Policy

 General Policy

• All ticket sales for Jim Cuddy are final. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:
• Event Cancellation: If the concert is cancelled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Event Postponement: If the concert is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will be available within 30 days of the announcement if you cannot attend the new date.

Refund Request Process

• To request a refund for an eligible cancellation or postponement, please email info@fitzwine.com.
• Provide your order number, ticket details, and payment confirmation.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of personal plans (e.g., scheduling conflicts, no-shows).

Refund Exceptions

• Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
