Join us at Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards for an unforgettable evening of music, wine, and dining!

Location: Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards, 697 Highway 97 South, Peachland, BC

Event Schedule:

• Dinner Seatings: Begin at 5:00 PM. Once booked, you’ll receive a direct email from 19 Bistro @ Fitz confirming your seating time. Enjoy a delicious dinner paired with a curated selection of Fitzpatrick Family Vineyards wines.
• Concert: At 7:00 PM, Jim Cuddy and his band will perform two sets with an intermission.

Additional Details:

• This is an outdoor event, so please dress appropriately. A tent will be available if needed.
• You will have reserved seating within the concert area, but you may stay at your seats if you wish.
• Parking is limited, so we encourage carpooling and arranging a designated driver.
• Wine Club discounts do not apply to concert tickets.

Concert/Dinner Refund Policy

General Policy

All ticket sales for Jim Cuddy are final. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:

• Event Cancellation: If the concert is cancelled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Event Postponement: If the concert is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will be available within 30 days of the announcement if you cannot attend the new date.

Refund Request Process

• To request a refund for an eligible cancellation or postponement, please email info@fitzwine.com.
• Provide your order number, ticket details, and payment confirmation.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of personal plans (e.g., scheduling conflicts, no-shows).

Refund Exceptions

• Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
