Opera with the Vintner

Few operas capture life’s full range of beauty, love and heartbreak like La Traviata. Inspired by Alexandre Dumas, fils’ The Lady of the Camellias, Giuseppe Verdi’s masterpiece tells the story of Violetta Valéry, a celebrated courtesan who dares to follow her heart despite the weight of society’s expectations and the fragile state of her own health.

• This is a NON-TICKETED event. You will register for entry to the show at the front doors of the KCT.
• Wine Club discounts do not apply to Opera tickets.

Concert Ticket Refund Policy

General Policy

• All ticket sales for La Traviata are final. Refunds or exchanges are only permitted under the following circumstances:
• Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Event Postponement: If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will be available within 30 days of the announcement if you cannot attend the new date.

Refund Request Process

• To request a refund for an eligible cancellation or postponement, please email info@fitzwine.com.
• Provide your order number, ticket details, and payment confirmation.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of personal plans (e.g., scheduling conflicts, no-shows).

Refund Exceptions

• Refund requests due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with proper documentation.
