The 2025 Riesling is made from 100% estate grown grapes. Our Riesling is always about the interplay between sweet and sour. Ferments are stopped early to allow the residual sugar to balance the acidity and to maintain lower alcohol. The result is a round and rich, yet crisp and refreshing wine. Aromatics of honeysuckle, lime rind, green apple and a touch of apricot. The palate has good weight from start to finish, crisp and mouth-watering with lemon and orange citrus notes. Good minerality with a mild herbaceous tone. Hints of tart hard candy shows the balance of acidity and residual sweetness
